Return & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, unwashed, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at shop@beams.sg.
For orders placed through our online store, you may also submit a return request via your "My Page". Upon review, we will send you an email with instructions on how to proceed.
Please ship the item within 7 days of receiving the email.
Please note that return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Sale items and Gift cards.

Intimates (underwear/hosiery) for hygiene reasons.

Items with signs of wear, such as scents, makeup stains, or other soils.

Custom products (special orders or personalized items).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: All credit card and transaction fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Management reserves the right to the final decision on all returns.
